It’s to stop people from seeing when the illegals arrive.
Meanwhile there will be lights on 24/7 in and around the army barracks, with the heating on full blast when the temperature dips slightly.
Turning off the street lights won’t make any difference to their woke carbon footprint bs. It’s nothing more than their retaliation to all the protests about the illegal immigrants being housed there. They will take zero responsibility when the troubles start, casting the blame onto the residents for not taking better precautions!
